Welcome to Sophia Rose & Co! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Sophia Rose & Co provides custom wedding stationery, day-of signage, and floral design services. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

2. Custom Design & Proofing

All design services include a set number of revisions, as outlined in your package. Additional revisions or late-stage changes may incur added fees. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs carefully. Once approved, we are not liable for errors in spelling, dates, or other content.

3. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin design work. Final payment is due prior to production or delivery. Delayed payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

4. Turnaround Time

Custom design timelines vary. Invitations typically require 6–8 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are final. Cancellations after work has begun will not be refunded. In the event of a client’s event cancellation, design work and any materials purchased are still billable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers. Local delivery and pickup options may be available upon request.

7. Rental Terms (if applicable)

Rental items (e.g. signage mirrors, stands) must be returned in original condition within 3 days of the event. Damaged or missing items will incur a replacement fee.

8. Use of Client Photos

By booking with us, you grant permission for Sophia Rose & Co to photograph and share your event details (e.g. stationery, signage, florals) for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. If you prefer we don’t share your event, please notify us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and materials are the property of Sophia Rose & Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

11. Floral Design Terms

Substitutions

We do our best to source the flowers requested in your design; however, due to seasonality, weather, and supplier availability, substitutions may be made at our discretion. We will always maintain the overall look, color palette, and quality agreed upon.

Freshness & Responsibility

Floral arrangements are prepared as close to the event as possible. Once delivered or set up, Sophia Rose & Co is not responsible for the condition of flowers due to extreme temperatures, improper handling, or venue conditions outside our control.

Setup & Venue Access

Clients must confirm with their venue that Sophia Rose & Co has access for floral setup at the scheduled time. If access is delayed or denied, we are not liable for any resulting issues.

Clean-Up

Unless a floral breakdown/clean-up service is included in your package, it is the client’s responsibility to dispose of florals and rental items after the event. Any remaining rental items must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
